Supplied, installed and sanded all on site with a natural oil finish. All nosings and treads were also made on site.
Colour Treatment
We took the time to experiment with multiple shades to match the floor that was previously laid. Previously, there were between four and five different colours that were predominant in the floor. We felt staining the treads all one colour wouldn't do this house justice. We took the time to tune in on four shades that would work with the overall look. We distressed the solid oak tread one by one and added the custom colours. The customer was very happy with the end result.

Glue Down Vinyl
A solid wood floor is not always a viable option. On this house, it was a slab on grade with radiant floor heating. A click vinyl flooring was a great choice for this home. In some basements a wood floor isn’t always your best option and this is why we turn to the alternatives such as vinyl to give you a great floor.
